Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare and life sciences market, both locally and nationally
  • Identify and research potential prospects/clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
  • Coordinate and lead the sales engineering team and the appropriate Growth Unit to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and manage legal team to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product, and delivery, to provide feedback and insights from the market and customers
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data to develop and implement differentiated sales strategies
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  • Track, identify, cultivate and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic industry partnerships to grow business
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process
  • Coordinate with solution engineers and marketing
  • Prepare and submit proposals, SOWs and sales contracts
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand and services
