- Identify and research potential prospects/clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
- Coordinate and lead the sales engineering team and the appropriate Growth Unit to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and manage legal team to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product, and delivery, to provide feedback and insights from the market and customers
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data to develop and implement differentiated sales strategies
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify, cultivate and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic industry partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Drive the end-to-end sales process
- Coordinate with solution engineers and marketing
- Prepare and submit proposals, SOWs and sales contracts
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand and services
