Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, psychology, communication, English, or a related field emphasizing critical thinking and the effective transmission of information and ideas is required.
  • Two years of experience in higher education administration, quality assurance, data-driven compliance, or a related field are required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data analysis tools such as Tableau or similar platforms is required.
  • The ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others is required.
  • Oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Customer service skills are required.
  • Evening and weekend work may occasionally be required.
  • The position requires on-campus, face-to-face interactions and a regular schedule of attendance on campus and in the workplace.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain working knowledge of Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges accreditation standards through ongoing professional development and training as directed by the Dean.
  • Support the implementation and day-to-day operation of the School's accreditation and assessment system, including electronic records and databases such as Interfolio and HelioCampus.
  • Coordinate the collection, validation, and reporting of assessment and program evaluation data to support accreditation and review processes.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of Continuous Improvement Review reports and related accreditation documentation based on direction provided by academic leadership.
  • Support the integration of accreditation standards into program-level processes by ensuring required documentation, timelines, and reporting elements are maintained.
  • Maintain and administer a structured reporting system to facilitate the timely and accurate submission of accreditation reports.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support accreditation, assessment, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Administer stakeholder surveys using tools such as Qualtrics and Blackboard, compile results, and support accreditation-related communications with internal and external stakeholders as directed.
  • Ensure consistent execution and documentation of accreditation processes in alignment with guidance from academic leadership.
