Requirements

At least 8 years of operations experience or systems/software engineering experience in a software development or engineering environment.
Ability to engage cross-functional product and development teams, lead discussions, and contribute to production investigations and triage sessions.
Strong understanding of solution architecture, development processes, and current technologies.
Experience troubleshooting and deep-diving into technical issues.
Experience with agile development processes and methodologies, including test-driven development and continuous integration.
Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.
Experience supporting multiple technical projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in scripting and/or software development.
Experience creating and maintaining system architecture diagrams using tools such as Rationale, OmniGraffle, and System Architect.
Experience working with web and/or mobile software development, quality assurance, and operations teams.
Experience with Agile project-tracking software such as Rally and Jira.
Experience managing globally distributed teams, including use of asynchronous collaboration tools such as Confluence.
Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
