Responsibilities
  • Provide practice support and patient affordability strategies
  • Assist practices and institutions in navigating the complex reimbursement environment
  • Strategically work with key decision makers to provide education for payer policies, prior authorization, access options, and information to empower practices
  • Support ethical and provider-initiated reimbursement strategies
  • Proactively communicate payer criteria/terms and processes
  • Provide market insights to the brand team and work collaboratively with both field-based teams and internal stakeholders
  • Work directly with internal partners to build strategic patient access and reimbursement account plans and objectives
  • Keep abreast of ever-changing market dynamics and industry trends for specialty products managed under the medical benefit
  • Anticipate, navigate, and address individual account and patient access issues
  • Oversee, manage, and share responsibility for risk issue resolution and root cause analysis
  • Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Execute on access and reimbursement strategic priorities
  • Identify self-development actions to constantly adapt and grow expertise
  • Build a culture of compliance to ensure that all activities are fully aligned with Company policies and procedures
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
