- Experience as an events supervisor or in a similar events coordinating role
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely daily administration requirements
- Experience ordering products/services for deliveries/events
- Ability to manage weekly stocktakes of food, drinks, packaging and equipment and ensure accuracy
- Ability to ensure consistent food and service
- Ability to provide training to the team to enable high performance standards
- Ability to provide timely feedback to the Venue Manager
- Demonstrated knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards and ability to apply them
- Ability to support the wider team through proactive teamwork and cooperation
- Ability to actively participate and contribute towards achieving goals
- Keeping up-to-date and detailed knowledge of the company’s products, services and procedures
- Ability to contribute to strategic projects or group initiatives as required
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong team player
- Passion for food and wine is a plus
