Job Title: Lead Business Intelligence Analyst(multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods, IL
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Develops creative and innovative ways to answer critical business questions by augmenting existing data assets or driving the development of new ones. Leverages technical expertise and data story-telling abilities to transform the business requirements into impactful and efficient analytic solutions leveraging the full power of all enterprise Business Intelligence tools available. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Analytics, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation.
Position required skills: Position requires experience or coursework in the following: UI/UX design, including prototyping using Figma; Data visualization, visual analytics, and dashboard development with Tableau Desktop and Server; Data management and admin on Tableau Server; Complex data processing with SQL on Snowflake, Join, Pivot, Window functions, and Tableau Prep; Github code documentations; Visualization performance assessment and user testing; Design of Tableau and Figma training instructions and materials; Business partner project management and communication.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500 to $131,500. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
