Requirements
  • Ability to work overnight hours, Tuesday-Saturday is a MUST (8pm-5am Eastern Time)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST
  • Administrative experience including providing high volume and high quality support in an asynchronous environment
  • High touch customer service experience
  • Have the ability to work autonomously

  • Connect patients with the various Galileo services and teams, including clinical and administrative functions
