Requirements
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an office environment as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or executive assistant
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, analyze data, and complete projects and assignments with minimal supervision
  • Great can-do attitude combined with a strong work ethic
  • Strong ethics and integrity, including the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Willing to come into the office at least three times per week
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership in the Atlanta office and other colleagues as needed
  • Prepare and review expense reports, book travel, and assist with meeting preparation and breakdown
  • Plan, order, and oversee lunches and other office events
  • Aiding in the process of coordinating meetings and booking conference rooms
  • Assisting with vendor and purchase order requests
  • Acting as the Atlanta Office subject matter expert, triaging, and developing an action plan for any request
  • Handling and supporting additional tasks and projects as needed
