- Several years of experience in technical onboarding, customer success, or technical support, ideally in a SaaS or health-tech environment, including independently resolving complex cases.
- Strong SQL knowledge, experience with application programming interfaces, large-scale data migrations, and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networks.
- Experience training, coaching, or systematically sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Ability to create clarity and structure when responsibilities or solution paths are ambiguous.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and balancing different priorities.
- Fluent German and proficient English, including for complex technical and strategic topics.
- Demonstrated experience independently improving or scaling processes and evidencing the resulting impact.
- Handle the most technically demanding data migration and onboarding cases, including complex system configurations, application programming interface integrations, and exceptional cases escalated by others.
- Coach and mentor colleagues, proactively share expertise, and raise the technical level of the entire team.
- Identify systemic opportunities to improve onboarding processes and drive initiatives with sustainable impact beyond individual contributions.
- Serve as the central technical contact for Sales, Deployment, and Product on strategic questions.
- Define best practices, playbooks, and training materials to ensure consistency and quality across the team.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives connecting multiple teams and stakeholders, create clarity in ambiguous situations, and align competing priorities toward a shared goal.
- Use operational data and customer feedback to set priorities and validate improvements.
- Design scalable integrations of the all-in-one software with existing practice-management systems and configure interfaces to support future use cases.
- Coding experience in JavaScript and/or Python and advanced experience with SQL databases.
- Knowledge of patient-management systems or electronic health record systems.
- Experience building training programs, playbooks, or internal knowledge bases.
- Experience using and sensibly integrating software-as-a-service and artificial-intelligence tools into operational workflows.

Doctolib, AP-HP and Roche have launched Care Forward, a support programme for European healthtech startups at STATION F in Paris. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between healthcare innovation and clinical deployment by providing startups with direct access to hospital environments, regulatory expertise and AI support. The programme targets startups developing technologies across the care pathway, including digital solutions, AI, connected devices and healthcare services. Doctolib will offer technology integration and European deployment strategies, whilst AP-HP provides access to clinical environments across Europe's largest university hospital system with 38 hospitals. Roche will assist with regulatory navigation and health economic validation. Participating startups will also gain access to specialised investors and exclusive industry events. Based at STATION F, the "Care Forward" program is open to European startups with the potential to deliver clear, measurable impact on the healthcare system. The focus is straightforward but demanding: solutions that work in practice. Whether building in digital health, AI, connected devices, or care services, selected startups will be supported to test, validate, and deploy their solutions in real clinical environments. From diagnosis and treatment to follow-up and system efficiency, all parts of the care pathway are in scope, as long as the impact is concrete. Direct access to technology, clinicians, and patients. What sets this program apart is not just mentorship or office space, it's proximity.
