Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B in field marketing or regional marketing roles with technology/software companies
  • Experience planning and executing events
  • Excellent communicator with a proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment going from ideation to execution
  • Experience developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
  • Hands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Strong project management skills; excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to turn vision into strategy and a marketing plan
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
  • Experience managing quarterly and annual program budgets
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiating
  • Experience marketing to the public sector preferred
  • Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently and autonomously
Responsibilities
  • Own all marketing efforts in the Northeast and Federal sales region, including demand gen and pipeline progression - effectively deliver pipeline generation for greenfield accounts
  • Plan and execute owned events and tradeshows, end-to-end, from recommending agenda, content, working with cross-functional teams, sales enablement, to ensuring post event follow-up and tracking performance
  • Proactively drive marketing programs and an integrated marketing approach from planning to execution to tracking and optimization
  • Understand sales needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, define programs, deliver programs in-region, and measure success
  • End-to-end ownership of the marketing plan for the regions, including program development, measurement, and ensuring region to tracking toward revenue targets
  • Ensure flawless execution of prospect and customer-facing events, and digital campaigns, including email campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, industry events, and sales-driven events
  • Provide leadership on the Northeast & Federal business and ensure the field team is getting what they need to support business growth effectively. Communicate regularly with sales leadership, field sales, and BDRs
  • Write on-message campaign copy (including landing pages, emails, and social posts) that drives high engagement and conversion
  • Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers
  • Manage relevant agencies and 3rd parties in the execution of programs
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs
