Responsibilities
  • Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and property division.
  • Prepare legal documents and filings accurately and complete electronic filings with county court systems.
  • Manage multiple cases and competing responsibilities while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to support efficient case management.
  • Interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and court staff.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in family law, preferably 1–6 years.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • A proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to remain composed and organized under tight deadlines.
