Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing operations role
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or working with lead management
Responsibilities
  • Lead Process Management: Define and continuously refine end-to-end lead management applications, from intake and processing to quality assurance and routing within Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Dynamics. Collaborate with our Engineering partners to optimize our alerting and monitoring reports and KPI dashboards that measure lead pipeline performance and effectiveness.
  • System Troubleshooting: Identify, prioritize, and resolve complex issues within the MarTech stack, including internally built Lead Management Pipeline, and integrations with other aspects of our technology stack : Salesforce, Dynamics, Responsys, On24, Campaign Manager Tool along with other internally built or management applications etc while collaborating closely with our Engineering partners.
  • Rules Management: Build, manage, and update Lead Preprocessor, Lead Filter, and Lead Routing rules across our current and future marketing technology ecosystem to optimize lead flow and quality. Conduct end-to-end testing of system integrations and new lead types, validating proper lead flow and functionality before deployment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure full integration, alignment, and optimization of the Lead Pipeline and MarTech ecosystem. Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing on cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless lead flow and operational alignment. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for managing lead pipeline updates and changes.
  • Technology Optimization: Own, maintain, and optimize the marketing technology stack to enable efficient lead generation, distribution, and reporting, ensuring seamless processing of inquiries (INQs) and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). This includes implementing new lead routing strategies and evaluating the lead pipeline to identify areas for improvement across this technology stack.
  • Process Scalability: Establish and maintain scalable processes that adhere to best practices in campaign and lead management, supporting both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives. Analyze lead management data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing and lead processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor lead flow and system performance, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and drive marketing and sales effectiveness. Monitor lead pipeline health using reports, dashboards, and alerts, proactively addressing any performance issues.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing marketing technology stacks, including Salesforce, Dynamics, Lead Management Pipeline and other relevant systems like Marketo, Eloqua where you were responsible for system oversight handling lead management from marketing to sales.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex big data sets and ability to drive decisions using data, requires strong SQL skills.
  • Communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing projects with tight and often competing deadlines.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to work closely and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Extensive experience in UAT, with a focus on ensuring high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Experience in developing and implementing self-serve user interfaces for sales teams.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in lead management.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and their impact on lead management processes.

Tracker launches LinkedIn Hiring Assistant integration with AI-powered candidate evaluations

Tracker, an AI-native applicant tracking system for staffing and recruiting agencies, has become one of the first ATS platforms to launch LinkedIn's RSC+ integration, enabling Connected Projects for LinkedIn Hiring Assistant customers. The integration allows Tracker customers to receive AI-powered candidate evaluations using combined LinkedIn and Tracker data across all applicants, regardless of source. Insights sync to Tracker in real-time, creating unified shortlists and accelerating hiring decisions. LinkedIn research shows recruiters using Hiring Assistant save four or more hours per role. Early testing showed significant results, with one customer saving 15 hours weekly per recruiter on applicant evaluation. Future updates will include real-time bidirectional applicant stage syncing between platforms.

Oyster raises $150M Series C at $1B+ valuation to power distributed hiring in 180+ countries

Oyster, a global employment platform, has raised $150 million in Series C funding at a valuation exceeding $1 billion. Georgian led the round, joined by Salesforce Ventures, LinkedIn, Base10 Partners Advancement Initiative and others, including existing investors Stripes and Emergence Capital. The funding makes Oyster a unicorn less than two years after launch and one of the few B Corporations to reach this milestone. In 2021, the company grew revenue by over 20-fold and the number of team members on its platform by 17 times. The platform now pays more than $200 million annually to global talent across over 180 countries, with 25 per cent of that talent in emerging economies. Oyster has raised $227 million total and will use the funding to develop its platform and invest in the People Ops community.

LinkedIn launches AI skills certificates through partnerships with Descript, Lovable, and Replit

LinkedIn has launched a new partnership programme allowing users to earn official certifications in AI skills based on their usage of prominent AI applications. The programme includes Descript, Lovable, Replit and Relay.app, with GitHub, Gamma and Zapier set to join soon. The platforms will use AI to assess users' proficiency through usage patterns, product outcomes and skill levels within the tools, generating certificates that appear on LinkedIn profiles. Microsoft-owned LinkedIn did not specify exact qualification requirements. The move responds to growing demand for AI skills in the job market. According to eDX, job postings requiring AI skills doubled in the 12 months to August, whilst Indeed reported that 4.2% of US job postings mentioned AI-related keywords by end-2025.
