Acentra Health has acquired FEI Systems, significantly expanding its healthcare technology platform for Medicaid and related services. The deal combines two organisations with decades of experience helping state and federal agencies modernise healthcare delivery. The acquisition creates one of the industry's most comprehensive portfolios spanning Medicaid Enterprise System, care management, long-term services and supports, home- and community-based services, and behavioural health solutions. The combined offering includes eligibility, assessments, provider management, claims processing, care coordination, and case management. FEI Systems has spent 27 years helping government agencies modernise Medicaid and human services technology. Its cloud-based platform complements Acentra Health's existing portfolio of assessment, eligibility, and care management solutions. Integration efforts are underway to ensure uninterrupted support for existing clients whilst expanding capabilities across the combined portfolio.

Acentra Health has appointed Sreedevi Hegde as senior vice president and India country head. She will lead the company's India organisation and help advance its Global Delivery Organisation. Hegde joins as Acentra Health expands its global capabilities.
