Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management is required.
  • A minimum of 4–6 years of management experience in restaurants or luxury hotels (four- or five-star properties) is required.
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior Assistant Restaurant Manager is required.
  • Fluent Spanish and English are essential.
Responsibilities
  • Direct the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring smooth, high-level service.
  • Ensure compliance with Fairmont and Accor brand standards at all customer touchpoints.
  • Supervise service quality, dish presentation, and the overall guest experience.
  • Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary front-of-house team.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team performance.
  • Drive a culture of excellent service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage shift planning, productivity, and workplace climate.
  • Ensure a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
  • Handle complaints and feedback quickly and professionally.
  • Monitor satisfaction key performance indicators, including guest experience and online reviews.
  • Promote a culture of anticipatory and emotional service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation.
  • Supervise hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.
