Senior Product Designer @ Incode Technologies

Through our flagship suite, Incode Omni, we offer an end-to-end omnichannel identity platform that helps businesses address all of their identity needs, from digital onboarding and know-your-customer (KYC) to omnichannel authentication and more.

We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our global but close-knit team and we’re looking for leaders who are curious, driven and excited by ownership!

Responsibilities

Extensively use and test our products in real life scenarios
Analyze and gather customer feedback
Analyze analytics data
Pinpoint customer needs
Organize internal and external testing sessions
Research competition
Assure that experience is working across demographics & devices
Propose product improvements
Create user flows, wireframes, interfaces and prototypes
Design engaging and delightful interfaces
Define interaction models and concepts

Requirements

5+ years of relevant work experience
Adapt to working in a fast-moving, high stakes environment
High drive and initiative
Responsible, dedicated, owning decisions
A strong portfolio* showing product thinking examples (in the form of prototypes, interfaces, wireframes..)

* We won’t look through applications without a portfolio

Advantages

It’s up to you to define your workflow, but you’d fit right into the Design team if you’re familiar with Figma and Zeplin.
