Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience in modern computer vision, large language models, motion planning, dynamics modeling, robotics simulation
  • Track record of coming up with new ideas or improving upon existing ideas in machine learning
  • Ability to own and pursue a research agenda, including choosing impactful research problems and autonomously carrying out long-running projects
  • Solid mathematical and statistical foundation with an understanding of how to apply ML concepts
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with tensor libraries (e.g. NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Clear communication, organization, and collaboration

  • Advancing the Covariant Brain to be a foundation model for robotics that can power a broader range of different applications and can adapt on the fly with human inputs
