Requirements
  • A minimum of six years of experience in enterprise-level information technology environments.
  • A minimum of three years of Change, Incident, Problem, or Project Management experience.
  • ITIL or ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
  • People-management skills and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of all live service elements in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements and contractual requirements.
  • Contribute to incident management and coordinate direct and indirect reports to ensure issues are investigated and rectified quickly while maintaining quality and minimizing risk.
  • Build and maintain relationships with operational peers to oversee service-line delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure required reporting is generated, including detailed incident reports.
  • Maintain quality throughout the service-delivery process.
  • Develop an understanding of the Agency’s service operations and functional processes.
  • Gather and report performance data against key indicators to generate actionable service-quality improvements.
  • Assist with support models and the transition of projects and new services into the business-as-usual model.
  • Assist with coordinating Problem and Release Management activities.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with internal support groups, vendors, suppliers, and customers, and manage roadblocks.
  • Ensure the quality of Known Error records and the Knowledge Database.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and third parties to ensure timely problem resolution and contractual fulfillment, involving Supplier Management when necessary.
  • Conduct Post Resolution Reviews of critical problems and support follow-up activities with the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Ensure Problem Management Key Performance Indicators are reported and their targets are met.
  • Handle escalations from the Problem Coordinator.
