Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for the operations of your group
  • Oversee/direct program management team to ensure the following are being met
  • Accomplish strategic objectives by overseeing multiple accounts
  • Enhance project coordination and managing project interdependencies
  • Oversight of production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards by completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change
  • Direct engagement & coordination with various account manager's to monitor account status and opportunities for improvement
  • Create and execute firmwide program goals through
  • Account proposal standardization
  • Account fee standardization
  • Account resource allocation and redirection
  • Account scope standardization
  • Account Q.C. oversight
  • Account errors and omissions dispute resolution
  • Assist account managers with day to day operations and information dissemination
  • Build a team of individual account program managers to assist each Ware Malcomb account manager throughout Ware Malcomb
  • Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Encourages cross-project/account resource management
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews and preparing and completing action plans
