Responsibilities
  • Act as the bridge between the web experience, web engineering, SEO and web design teams to ensure world class web performance, as well as seamless integration and implementation of technical solutions
  • Ensure the efficiency and user-friendliness of the CMS and other tools used by the web experience team
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct usability testing, and make data-driven decisions to improve website usability and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools, track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate regular reports and identify areas for improvement across user experience and conversion funnels
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase web traffic, and enhance online visibility
  • Take a hands-on approach in defining website features, crafting use cases, and generating comprehensive specifications
  • Establish clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Streamline processes for faster implementation of new features and updates
  • Improve user satisfaction and engagement through a more intuitive and efficient website interface
  • Ensure quick adaptation to new technologies and trends
