Responsibilities
  • Lead a myriad of CNC/assembly/additive centric activities from concept to full rate production within Xometry
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external customers teams to reduce internal nonconformities by leading RCAs to improve customer satisfaction through systematic methods
  • Support improvements using lean/six sigma principles to enhance quality, additive, and assembly process
  • Lead internal quick react activities to solve customer issues, or quick turn product
  • Work closely with qc, assembly, and additive operations to drive business metric goals
