We are seeking a experienced and motivated SAP Basis Consultant. As an SAP Basis Consultant, you are responsible for the technical operation, stability, and optimization of SAP systems, ensuring secure and reliable operations in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Administration and operation of SAP systems (S/4HANA, GTS, BW4 etc.)
• Monitoring system performance, availability, and capacity
• Execution of installations, upgrades, patches, and updates
• Management of SAP transports and system landscape
• Troubleshooting and incident resolution
• System copies, backups, and disaster recovery support
• Collaboration with development, functional and technical integration teams and external partners
• Documentation of configurations and procedures
• Administration and operation of SAP Cloud ALM
• SAP KPRO administration and installations
• Support global SAP rollouts
• Setup and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO)
• SAP Fiori technical administration (Gateway, Fiori Launchpad, etc.)
• Future responsibility for the setup and support of SAP BTP subaccounts and, where applicable, related technical applications

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or comparable
• Experience in SAP Basis administration
• Expertise in SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, SAP HANA
• Knowledge of databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with Linux/Unix/Windows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience with common ticketing systems for incidents, service requests, change and problem management.

Advantageous but not mandatory:- SAP certifications- ITIL knowledge- Cloud experience (SAP RISE, hyperscalers)

- Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., SAP RISE, hyperscalers)

- Knowledge of SAP Archiving
