Essential Job Functions:

Assists in the development of individualized programs for clients, ages 14 months and older in natural settings.
Provide program training and feedback directly to behavior technicians and parents in a naturalistic setting.
Supervises implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by Behavior Technician.
Supervision includes the following activities under the direction of a BCBA: assisting in administering assessments and implementation of client treatment plans, regular visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness, make observations, collect data, chart progress, and provide parent education.
Under the direction of the BCBA, ensures client treatment plans meet medical necessity and maintains data collection on all given treatment plan goals.
During fieldwork experience, participates in group supervision, a minimum of twice per month and completes all required assignments provided by the instructor.
Demonstrates leadership by participating in company related activities, such as interviewing potential new hires, job fairs, and providing trainings a minimum of one time per quarter.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required
Enrollment in BCaBA program or BCBA program required
Two years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies, working with children with autism spectrum disorders (“ASD”) and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
Experience supervising RBTs is preferred
