Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Data Management, or similar (preferably digital/ecommerce focus).
  • 5+ years of ecommerce catalog experience, specifically managing a catalog through PIM in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Deep Experience with PIM systems (like Stibo, Informatica, Enterworks, inRiver, or similar).
  • Expert in SSIS and SQL.
  • Experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence for project management.
  • Experience with Business Process Improvement (BPI) tools and processes to manage product MDM at scale.
  • Digital native with propensity to buy online. Demonstrable knowledge of ecommerce landscape and online retail.
  • Analytical mindset and highly skilled working with large datasets. Keen mathematical abilities in business math and algebra with the capabilities to use formulas and functions in spreadsheets.
  • Expert abilities in Excel.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Javascript.
  • Experience with BI tools (Google Analytics, SAS, SPSS, Sisense, Tableau).
  • Python experience a plus.
  • EasyMorph experience a plus.
  • Data visualization skills (e.g. Sisense, Tableau) a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with high EQ.

Responsibilities
  • Master all Catalog Operations and PIM Administration: Take ownership of the PIM – Informatica’s Product 360 currently. Learn everything there is to know about the PartsSource catalog operation and advocate improvement across the spectrum.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to administer the platform that manages all product listings within our PIM, which includes pushing content to our DAM and CMS.
  • Primary custodian of product information assets; provide oversight of essential product information processes and how they produce high-quality customer outcomes, including taxonomy (data model) development, product classification, and attribute schema build.
  • Ability to create ETL processes from source to export. We currently use EasyMorph as our democratized ETL application.
  • Ability to recommend and create custom workflows within the P360 PIM.
  • Create customer trust in essential product information assets by defining and improving data quality.
  • Build connectivity between our suppliers and PartsSource for regular data updates utilizing SSIS.
  • Build views to our PIM Database to ensure all data is updated properly to the PartsSource Marketplace and ensure accurate and timely updates to product, item, and cost data.
  • Execute data cleansing exercises and support data normalization practices to maintain the integrity of our data long term.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to maintain a constant flow of prioritized work to improve the PartsSource catalog offering.
  • Proactively review, engage, and collaborate on the work in your pipeline.
  • Review and provide insight to business owners on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
