Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain in an international environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and procurement tools.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Mindset: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn within a dynamic and international team.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze sourcing needs for L&L brands across all hospitality categories (F&B, OS&E, FF&E, and Guest Technology).
  • Execution of sourcing processes, including Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
  • Support the evaluation of supplier proposals and prepare comparative analyses.
  • Gathering data and preparing negotiation materials.
  • Maintain and update sourcing documentation and records.
  • Leverage market intelligence and supplier research to support category strategies.
  • Follow the 7-step sourcing methodology to deliver the L&L Sourcing roadmap.
  • Assist with data collection and tracking for L&L-specific sourcing budgets.
  • Help monitor supplier compliance with agreed terms and support contract administration.
  • Support contract deployment in the regions.
  • Contribute to capturing remuneration data and savings opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and processes, ie contract encoding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support implementation of sourcing decisions.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to reporting activities.
