Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in related field (or equivalent) plus approximately 10 years of related experience, 4 of which must be in a supervisory role
  • Have a strong understanding of federal government business operations and work process
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology
  • Work shall be conducted at the CONUS/OCONUS - Boulder, CO; Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations
  • U.S. Citizenship Required

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight of all aspects of field and/or task-level project performance (technical, contractual, administrative, financial) and will probably work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Supervise personnel involved in all aspects of project activity, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations
  • Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
  • Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables
  • Recommend action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
  • Exercise independent judgment and high-level analytical skills in solving non-routine problems
  • Support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution of assigned work functions
  • Provide management support to collect, evaluate and test financial data for recurring departmental processes and reviews; summarize issues and findings clearly
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors
  • Work with a variety of information technology systems to provide multi-functional Enterprise Services Staff Support Services
  • Provide acquisition support for all bureaus with functional areas including information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support and administrative support
  • Have advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least three years work experience in accounting, budget execution, IT, financial system requirements and analysis, financial planning and reporting, auditing, and project management (Note: this item appears in qualifications; treat as desirable)
