Responsibilities

Actively work as a member of the CNC production/engineering team in documentation, standardization, production support, and new product support as well as CNC programming and debugging.
Work with operators, engineers, managers to optimize CNC processes.
Assist technicians when troubleshooting production equipment.
Perform DOE’s and optimize existing manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Be working towards AS/BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related engineering field.
Familiarity with CNC equipment in general.
Familiarity with metal removal tools
Familiarity with CNC programming a plus.
Ability to read mechanical drawings.
Work well independently and as a team member.
Be creative and possess superior organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills.
Be at his/her best when working in a fast-paced environment demanding a proactive, “get it done” approach.
Have a bias toward learning and a bias toward action.
