Requirements
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience including 5+ years of relevant product management experience
  • Experience in implementing GenAI solutions for a large enterprise
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise productivity tools and how GenAI can enhance the usability of the tools
  • Proven track record of building strategies and delivering outcomes at scale in complex organizations
  • Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence peers, key stakeholders and leaders
  • Expert at working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action with the strong ability for strategic planning, defining OKRs and driving business outcomes
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships to ensure Target is utilizing the product to full capacity and creating efficiencies
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and measure success metrics
  • Ability to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teams
Responsibilities
  • Define and own the long-term strategy for productivity tools across the enterprise
  • Set a clear vision for how platforms like ChatGPT-Enterprise, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and other productivity technologies evolve to support collaboration and efficiency for the enterprise
  • Lead the development of a roadmap to integrate Generative AI/Agentic AI into these tools
  • Identify opportunities to transform workflows, reduce friction, and unlock new ways of working
  • Partner closely with technology, security, and business leaders to align priorities
  • Act as the subject matter expert and thought leader for productivity platforms and GenAI/Agentic AI
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to drive adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, working with engineering, design, and vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement
  • Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and iterate based on feedback to ensure products deliver maximum value to employees
  • Oversee progress against product backlogs, prioritizing themes, epics, and stories that deliver the greatest value in line with product strategy
