Requirements
  • Undergraduate level degree with at least a 2:1
  • Enrolled on the NHS graduate management training scheme
  • Experience of working in and understanding of the financial and organisational structure of UK healthcare, particularly the NHS and the role of general practice in NHS England’s national strategy
Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of Clinical Ops planning and budgeting
  • Manage and drive analytical processes for Global Clinical services top-level Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Resource and cost optimisation
  • Manage and run Global Clinical Services-wide business analytics, metrics and reporting strategy for the region (and partner with DevOps and BI colleagues to scale)
  • Communicate product/process needs to HQ, work with Product Ops and our product/engineering teams to deliver on them
  • Build and develop strong relationships with senior cross-functional leaders (e.g. Product, Marketing, Comms, People Ops, Member Support, Legal/Regulatory, Finance)
  • Work closely with the President, CMOr, other senior leaders and a cross-functional support team to drive high impact projects across the country
