Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology, including managing new logo acquisitions and renewals.
  • Experience closing complex sales-cycles, including prior success in closing $1M deals and managing multiple large accounts.
  • Experience selling into CRO (Clinical Research Organizations), pharmaceutical, medical affairs, biotech or related clinical research operational experience, preferred.
  • Comfortable with traveling to customers 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for both new logo acquisition and client retention by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they become H1 advocates.
  • Present and demonstrate company products/services to clients, addressing their unique business challenges.
  • Conduct market research and deploy strategic account planning skills to identify selling opportunities, staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.
  • Drive the sales motion from outreach through close, including discovery calls to qualified leads, delivering compelling presentations/demos to showcase how H1’s solutions address client needs, managing objections, and inspiring prospects to invest in our offering.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure overall account health, strategic planning, progress and a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue projections.
Desired Qualifications
