Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management and/or Creative Resourcing at an agency or brand creative in-house team
  • Ability to boil the ocean, be calm under pressure, multitask and simplify the problem
  • Understanding of the various functions and skill sets of the creative team, in order to be able to recommend resourcing for various types of incoming projects
  • Understanding of creative project workflow and how resourcing is impacted when project timelines shift
  • Experience in working with Project Management tools and functions, including on-boarding and continued maintenance
  • Ability to build partnerships with Project Managers
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Marketing Project Managers in keeping up to speed on lines of business' and their appropriate roadmap schedules in order to plan for resources
  • Understand the workload of the various disciplines of the creative teams allocated to all the various projects on the account, so that you can drive effective utilization
  • Maintain the Creative Resource workload in our Project Management tool - analyze weekly/quarterly utilization data to provide insight into internal team capacity and external agency support needed
  • Run weekly resource meetings with the Creative Leadership and Marketing Project Management teams
  • Manage and help resolve resource booking conflicts - helping facilitate information between Creatives, Creative Leads and Program Managers of shifts in priorities or workload
  • Conduct External Agency Partner Management, including weekly project status updates, monthly invoicing, and making sure updates with process/tools internally are shared and implemented
  • Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to internal resourcing and external agency partners
  • Maintain communication with Project Managers and Creative leads to ensure positive workflow. Escalating exceptions and issues to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Creative Operations when needed
  • Provide critical information to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Creative Operations and Creative leads - on both the specific needs of the project as well as the types of creative talent that would be most successful -- so that the optimal team(s) can be allocated
  • Identify, secure and on-board creative freelancers/contractors
  • Support the Sr. Director of Marketing & Creative Operations in the on-boarding of new Agency Partners
  • Recommend process and staffing improvements
