Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research through various methods such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our users, including their needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Analyze and interpret research data, identifying key insights that guide design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to integrate research insights into product development.
  • Create and maintain research plans, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Advocate for the value of research in guiding product and platform strategies to improve ROI and reduce tech debt.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles, HTML, and CSS.
