Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in operations, solution deployment, or program management in a cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer engagements and relationships.
  • Demonstrated track record of resolving operational issues.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for collecting insights and inputs needed to report on solution status and performance to Risant Health organizations.
  • Lead administrative and logistical requests, including executive status updates, governance and accountability tracking, and creation of risk identification and action plans.
  • Act as a liaison between Risant Health organizations, product, analytics, and technology teams to ensure alignment and smooth post-deployment support.
  • Maintain relationships with Risant Health organization project teams by ensuring proactive solution support and maximizing solution value realization.
  • Coordinate with the User Insight and Design team to understand the Risant Health organization pre-deployment environment and synthesize findings to inform deployment and adoption approach.
  • Monitor the day-to-day performance of deployed solutions, proactively identifying and resolving incidents and user-reported issues in partnership with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Maintain and update solution documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures tailored to each solution's unique needs based on lessons learned.
  • Partner with implementation teams to deliver and adapt training sessions for internal teams and end-users to ensure effective adoption and usage of deployed solutions.
  • Develop and continuously improve onboarding materials and user guides based on feedback and evolving solution features.
  • Collect and synthesize user feedback to inform product enhancements, drive user adoption, and operationalize solution improvements.
  • Collaborate with product and user insight teams to address usability challenges and improve the overall solution experience.
  • Lead change management efforts for new deployments or updates, including crafting communication strategies and training plans.
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed and prepared for transitions, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software deployment and support models.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for documentation and incident tracking.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives, including training and communications.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci Change Management.
  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, or value-based care environments.

Kaiser Permanente and Risant Health report $127.7B revenue with $9.3B net income for 2025

Kaiser Permanente and Risant Health reported combined operating revenues of $127.7 billion for 2025, up from $115.8 billion in 2024. Operating income reached $1.4 billion, yielding a 1.1% operating margin, compared to $569 million and 0.5% the previous year. The organisations faced rising care delivery costs driven by high demand for complex care and expensive prescription medications. Net income totalled $9.3 billion in 2025, down from $12.9 billion in 2024, which included $6.8 billion from Risant Health's acquisitions of Geisinger and Cone Health. Combined membership stood at nearly 13.1 million as of 31 December 2025. Capital spending reached $4.8 billion, including investments in earthquake safety compliance and facility improvements. The organisations contributed $5.3 billion to community health programmes, including $192 million in grant funding.

Cone Health Joins Risant Health Network

Cone Health has been acquired by Risant Health, a nonprofit created by Kaiser Permanente in 2023. The Greensboro-based health system completed the transaction after receiving regulatory approvals. This acquisition, structured as a member substitution, makes Risant the sole owner of Cone Health. Cone Health CEO Dr. Mary Jo Cagle stated that this move will enhance their mission of providing better care at lower costs. Risant Health previously acquired Geisinger in the spring.
