  • 5+ years of professional experience managing complex projects
  • Experience working in low technology readiness level
  • Experience involving the development of electro-mechanical systems with challenging noise and thermal management requirements
  • Experience in a relevant industry or technical area include hardware/product development, electronics, and quantum information technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of professional experience (or 3+ years project management experience with a master’s degree, or doctorate degree in relevant area)
  • PMP certification a plus
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Must have or be willing to apply for and maintain a security clearance
Responsibilities
  • Ensure Product Development/NPI process efficiency
  • Define project objectives, priorities, and milestones
  • Track and manage schedule to ensure requirements milestones criteria are met
  • Establish and host regular technical design reviews with engineering teams
  • Support coordination of work of functional leads within the program
  • Be a communication bridge between engineering and relevant stakeholders
