  • Proven success in launching and maintaining enterprise-scale platforms, with experience driving infrastructure projects from inception to production.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure and security architecture, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and compliant.

Responsibilities
  • Lead infrastructure initiatives to support the scaling of GenAI platforms, ensuring the system is secure, reliable, and optimized for performance.
  • Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure the platform's scalability, including cloud infrastructure such as AWS and Azure.
  • Oversee infrastructure performance, focusing on uptime, monitoring, and overall system reliability.
  • Manage the product lifecycle for infrastructure-related features, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Act as the voice of the end user, ensuring infrastructure improvements enhance customer experience and meet user expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate technical infrastructure needs into clear product priorities.
  • Ensure all infrastructure meets security standards and industry best practices, particularly in security architecture and compliance.
  • Drive infrastructure scalability through real-time monitoring and troubleshooting, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
