Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare implementation support, with a strong focus on expressions, flow building, SQL, and data manipulation.
  • Experience in ETL and scripting or writing complex expressions using tools like XPath, XQuery, JSONPath, jq.
  • Ability to write and chain functions or commands for complex data transformations.
  • Ability to work with structured data formats, such as JSON, XML, or X12 EDI standards.
  • Strong skills in designing and building workflows.
  • Experience with database query languages (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data manipulation techniques and tools.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a micro service/cloud architecture using multiple databases and services.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, ICD-10)
Responsibilities
  • Create and manage expressions within the healthcare software to manipulate data and automate workflows using an expression language-based programming approach.
  • Design and build workflows to streamline healthcare processes and enhance system efficiency.
  • Design, write, and optimize queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases using any query language (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, or other specialized query languages).
  • Utilize various tools and techniques to manipulate and analyze healthcare data, ensuring accuracy and integrity between different systems.
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes.
  • Diagnose and resolve workflow related issues, including connectivity problems, message failures, data inconsistencies, or security issues. This may involve debugging code, reviewing logs, and testing interfaces.
  • Assist in the implementation of healthcare software solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and are fully functional.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for expressions, workflows, SQL queries, and support processes.
  • Work closely with developers, data analysts, and other IT professionals to ensure seamless implementation and integration of solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure that workflows comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and security best practices, safeguarding data during transmission across systems.
