Requirements
  • Advanced computer proficiency level using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to add and subtract decimals and fractions
  • Working knowledge of wet etching, epoxy processes, microscope use and cleanroom operations
  • Ability to follow work instructions and/or diagrams while performing work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practices
Responsibilities
  • Performs BCS shimming and backfilling processes
  • Performs chemical etch processes
  • Performs epoxy applications
  • Observes ESD and safety practices and cleanroom practices
  • Uses microscope to inspect cleanliness and dimensions of product
  • Follows all work instructions and travelers related to these processes
  • Documents and reports any damages that may occur from operations
  • Prepares reports and recommends solutions to technical problems as required
  • Identifies and corrects root causes of any damages as needed
  • Frequently works with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for tracking and reporting of data
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Able to work flex schedule and overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • High School diploma with three (3) to five (5) years of experience or Associate’s Degree in a related field with zero (0) to two (3) years of experience
