Requirements
  • At least 36 months of experience working in a financial institution.
  • A minimum high school degree or GED is required.
  • Excellent member service skills are required.
  • Reliability to work scheduled shifts is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to problem solve and multitask is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment where change is routine and flexibility is required.

  • Ability to work full time and participate in Saturday rotations, with extended hours if needed.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and electronic messages professionally while ensuring high-quality member service.
  • Provide first-call resolution for members' financial needs.
  • Process transactions.
  • Research and resolve member questions and disputes.
  • Provide technical support for automated services.
  • Work rotating shifts from Monday through Saturday, including Saturday rotations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a financial services industry call center is a plus.
