Requirements
- PsyD, PhD in Clinical / Counseling / School psychology
- Passionate about increasing access to child mental health and parent training interventions
- Strong clinical training and experience with providing evidence-based treatments for parenting and child mental health, especially disruptive behavior disorders/externalizing symptoms (i.e., parent management training, behavior therapy)
- Experience with evidence-based interventions for childhood internalizing disorders (e.g., exposure-based CBT for anxiety, interpersonal therapy for adolescent depression) is preferred
- Excellent writer with demonstrated writing experience, passionate about writing on clinical topics
- 3+ years of experience in providing evidence-based treatments for child mental health disorders (e.g., parent training programs, behavior therapy, exposure-based CBT)
- Able to think outside the box to create accessible mental health solutions, openness to working with coaches and paraprofessionals to implement evidence-based skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment - we move quickly to develop and evaluate clinical programs thus we seek people who are comfortable with constant change, feedback, and improvement

Responsibilities
- Identifying and proposing clinical topics for materials related to evidence-based care (e.g., parenting and managing child externalizing symptoms, youth and families more broadly, adult mental well-being)
- Development of clinical curriculums and outlines for digital clinical materials
- Writing new, engaging clinical content including storytelling and dialogue
- Receiving and incorporating significant feedback on your proposals and writing
- Cross functional collaboration to produce educational materials
- Trainings to help disseminate the use of digital clinical materials
- Reviewing treatment manuals/research to inform the development of new clinical content
- Reviewing sources of content we might consider to license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with creating clinical materials for and training providers to deliver parent training interventions is a plus
