  • Experience and knowledge in commercial trucking
  • Licensed P&C Producer 3+ years (CA, TX, FL, GA or NY preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Take great care of prospects and customers by understanding their business needs and how Lula's value proposition translates meaningfully to them and their businesses
  • Drive revenue by consistent successful attainment of monthly new bookings quota
  • Strive to get better every day, coachable, and continuously improving
  • Actively manage your pipeline of leads and qualified opportunities within the CRM tool
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in order to capture customer feedback and accurately forecast
  • Maintaining controllable inputs for self prospecting top of funnel leads and growing pipeline
  • Exhibit strong solution selling skills with opportunity qualification, discovery, product demo, quoting, follow-up, objection handling and closing tactics
  • Adhere to our built sales processes and look to contribute to the enhancement and optimization of the sales process and broader go to market
  • Collaborate with peers (both inter and cross-departmental) to work cohesively as a team
