Requirements
  • Four or more years of product management experience focused on subscription acquisition, direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or growth and experimentation products.
  • Strong experimentation and analytical skills, including designing and running A/B tests, funnel analysis, and translating results into clear, defensible decisions.
  • Ability to work independently on moderately-to-large complex initiatives and own the full lifecycle with limited supervision.
  • Track record of using data to find opportunities by analyzing product and competitive data and turning findings into testable hypotheses.
  • Proven ability to use artificial intelligence tools to improve the quality and velocity of work.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to run a cross-functional forum and keep a large stakeholder group aligned.
  • Solid understanding of acquisition funnel metrics, including conversion rate, registration rate, order volume, cost per acquisition, and lifetime value.
  • Knowledge of digital media and subscription businesses.
Responsibilities
  • Own the acquisition A/B testing program by building and prioritizing the test roadmap across paywalls and shop pages, designing experiments, and driving measurable improvements in conversion to order across The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, and MarketWatch.
  • Act as the acquisition experimentation subject matter expert by setting standards for test design, statistical rigor, and interpreting and acting on results.
  • Run the recurring experimentation forum, coordinate a large cross-functional stakeholder group, and maintain test velocity and quality.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of initiatives from hypothesis and guardrail metrics through analysis, rollout decisions, and documented learnings.
  • Scope opportunities, analyze data, build business cases, and drive work to decisions with limited oversight.
  • Partner with marketing, engineering, design, data science, and subscription strategy to ship work and translate results into subsequent tests.
  • Share results and moved metrics clearly and proactively with the wider team and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Bayesian methods.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and Glean.
  • Experience with platforms such as StatSig, Piano, or Braze.
