  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • BS or equivalent in accounting or finance
  • CPA
  • Strong technical US GAAP knowledge with depth in revenue recognition
  • Experience with order to cash or revenue recognition functions at complex and multi-national publicly-traded companies
  • Relevant industry experience in connected devices and software
  • Prior experience in process transformation
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization and technology skills
  • Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent financial modelling experience
  • Experience in supporting a global sales organization across multiple time zones
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • M&A integration
  • Experience with Salesforce, D365 and Microsoft Power Platform
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a thought leader to sales team on sales strategy development, new product introduction, contract negotiation, financial modelling, accounting analysis and documentation
  • Lead global NPI process for product and service launches
  • Focus on business contracting primarily on Enterprise, New Markets, and Partnership
  • Implement robust internal controls and processes for high-quality Close and financial reporting
  • Drive operational excellence in a high-growth environment
  • Oversee analysis and diagnosis of KPI and productivity metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data transformation and data-driven decisions
  • Lead strategic Controllership M&A integration and support ad hoc projects
