Requirements

  • Proven ability to act as the "connective tissue" between internal licensing category managers and external retail merchants and marketing leads
  • Ability to think and act strategically, finding opportunities to place products in unconventional aisles to capture "cross-basket" sales
Responsibilities
  • The "Digital Flywheel" Strategy: Lead cross-category initiatives that leverage Paramount’s media milestones (theatrical/streaming) to boost retail sales

  • Joint Business Planning (JBP) & Vendor Management: Partner with Retail Development team and Amazon Entertainment and Character team to secure "premium activations in support of key beats digital real estate"
  • You are responsible for negotiating top tier programs to secure high-impact placements like Gateway Placements, Deal of the Day (DOTD), and "New Release" category takeovers
  • Full-Funnel Advertising (Amazon Ads/DSP): Strategize and execute complex campaigns using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and DSP
  • You develop and manage a diversified budget to target fans at every stage—from high-funnel "awareness" video ads to bottom-funnel "Sponsored Product" ads that maximize conversion

  • Strategic Planning: Build strategic marketing plans to maximize priorities incorporating relevant media mix, budget development, program development and deployment followed by ongoing measurement and adjustment based on performance

You oversee the design and optimization of sub-stores for major franchises (Yellowstone, PAW Patrol), ensuring all product detail pages (PDPs) feature Mobile-Ready Hero Images, SEO-optimized bullets, and high-quality video content
  • Omnichannel Integration (Paramount+ & Physical): Work closely with the Amazon Prime Video teams to create "Watch & Shop" opportunities
  • You manage the studio's "Digital Shelf" health, monitoring OOS (Out of Stock) rates and LBB (Lost Buy Box) to ensure marketing spend isn't wasted on unavailable products
  • Data-Driven Optimization (Brand Analytics): Use Amazon Brand Analytics and Vendor Central data to track shopper behavior
  • You analyze "Search Frequency Rank" and "Market Basket Analysis" to determine which franchises are trending and where to shift marketing investment in real-time

Tony Khan on Double or Nothing PPV: "The biggest one we've ever done yet on HBO Max"

Tony Khan on Double or Nothing PPV: "The biggest one we've ever done yet on HBO Max" AEW president Tony Khan sees nothing but positives regarding Paramount's pending merger with WBD, citing the promotion's recent track record on pay-per-view. Khan spoke on Yahoo Finance's Power Players about AEW's pay-per-view growth since it added HBO Max as a distributor last September, beginning with the All Out event. Khan noted that this past May's Double or Nothing, featuring MJF vs. Darby Allin, was the company's highest since joining HBO Max. We're at an all-time high on our pay-per-views, and our HBO Max pay-per-view business continues to grow. Our Double or Nothing event that we had in May was a massive success. At the Louis Armstrong Stadium in New York, we sold every ticket. It was the biggest gate we've ever had for Double or Nothing, and as a pay-per-view, it's the biggest one we've ever done yet on HBO Max, and we've seen continued growth. Khan was glowing with his endorsement of Paramount Skydance leader David Ellison and the pending merger, which has faced resistance. Paramount has come in to acquire Warner Brothers Discovery, and I think that's fantastic. I'm so excited about it and you asked me about the opportunities for AEW and I think that's a huge opportunity for AEW because we've premiered our pay-per-views on HBO Max and we have a great audience and now with Paramount making a deal to acquire HBO Max, for me, as a showrunner that's worked at Warner Bros. for over seven years now, I have to say I'm very excited about it and really welcoming the ownership from Paramount. AEW's existing agreement with WBD runs until the end of 2027 with a one-year option held by the media entity. Khan sees a stronger competitive balance in the streaming space if Paramount and HBO Max join forces to present a united front against Netflix. From his vantage point, he is confident in Ellison's leadership and cites him as a wrestling fan. I think HBO Max and Paramount are going to be much stronger and far more competitive together in the streaming space than they are separately, and they both have a great base, but in the world of streaming, together I think it's a much more competitive company. It's not going to be anything resembling a monopoly in streaming because it's a hard fight out there, but together, I think we'll have more viewers with Paramount, and we'll be able to sell pay-per-views in more homes, stream the show into more homes, and we'll have a bigger future. First of all, the leadership of David Ellison, I think is going to be huge for the companies to have the "supreme commander" coming in who is the same age as you and me, somebody who is a wrestling fan, somebody who has a vision for it and he's already promoting sports and is growing other sports businesses and I think doing a fantastic job with Paramount now coming into WBD and it's perfect timing for us. On Monday, a California judge issued a two-week temporary restraining order regarding the Paramount - WBD merger following a motion presented by twelve states seeking to block the merger and led by Attorney General Rob Bonta of California. A hearing is scheduled for August 3 to determine if the TRO will be extended. Paramount is facing a ticking fee if the transaction isn't completed by September 30, 2026.

New Path Digital named one of the first Paramount Ads Manager Agency Partners.

New Path Digital named one of the first Paramount Ads Manager Agency Partners. Summarize with AI June 12th, 2026 Last updated on June 12, 2026 by Siliveru Rakesh Recognized among the founding partners as Paramount publicly launched its Agency Partner Program, New Path Digital is helping ambitious brands launch premium Connected TV campaigns on Paramount+, CBS, Pluto TV, and MTV. New Path Digital is proud to share that New Path Digital is one of the first agencies to partner with Paramount Ads Manager, Paramount's self-serve Connected TV (CTV) advertising platform. On June 10, 2026, Paramount publicly launched its Agency Partner Program and its new partner directory, and New Path Digital is featured among the founding partners, recognized as a trusted, vetted expert on the platform. For New Path Digital, this partnership is a natural extension of what New Path Digital has always done: combine data, strategy, and straight-up hustle to help businesses grow smarter, not just louder. Getting in early means its team has already built the expertise, relationships, and playbooks that newer entrants are only beginning to develop. "Being chosen as one of the first Paramount Ads Manager Agency Partners is an honor, and it reflects how our team has approached advertising on streaming platforms from day one. We've always believed that great television and accountable, data-driven media aren't a trade-off. This partnership lets us put premium CTV within reach for the ambitious brands we serve - and prove its impact." - Chris Whitesell, President & Founder, New Path Digital A first-mover advantage in self-serve CTV. Connected TV has quickly become one of the most valuable places for brands to reach engaged audiences, but until recently, premium streaming inventory was difficult for most advertisers to access directly. Paramount Ads Manager changed that by opening up self-serve access to some of the most-watched content in streaming. Being named one of the program's founding Agency Partners isn't automatic. Agencies are vetted by Paramount's team and admitted based on their experience launching campaigns on the platform. That early credibility gives the brands New Path Digital work with confidence that their campaigns are managed by a team with proven, platform-specific expertise, and not a learning curve billed by the hour. What is Paramount Ads Manager? Paramount Ads Manager is a self-serve platform that lets businesses run TV ads across Paramount's premium streaming portfolio, including Paramount+, CBS, Pluto TV, and MTV. Campaigns can launch fast, putting brands on screen in front of real streaming audiences, often within a day or so of setup. What makes the inventory stand out is the quality of attention it captures: * 200M+ monthly ad-supported views across one of the fastest-growing streaming platforms. * Up to 6x longer ad views than social, with full-screen, sound-on, unskippable placements. * High-90s video completion rates - roughly 30 unskippable seconds on the biggest screen in the home. What this means for the brands New Path Digital work with. Its role as an Agency Partner is to take the power of the platform and turn it into results. Here's where New Path Digital focus. Precision targeting - and retargeting Paramount Ads Manager lets New Path Digital reach the right audiences with granular controls, then bring high-intent viewers back for another touch: * Location: ZIP codes, cities, states, DMAs, or national. * Demographics: gender, age, and household income. * Interests and behaviors: pet owners, parents, online shoppers, sports fans, and more. * Genre and content bundles: news, entertainment, action, movies, and curated packages. * Retargeting via the Paramount Pixel, reaching people who've visited a brand's website or already seen its ads - reinforcing the message with an average 96% video completion rate. Measurement tied to real business outcomes. CTV doesn't have to be a brand-awareness black box. The Paramount Pixel connects ad exposure to site visits, form fills and sign-ups, online purchases, and in-store foot traffic, all viewable in the performance dashboard. That means New Path Digital can report on impact the way a performance marketer expects, not just impressions delivered. "From an analytics standpoint, the Paramount Pixel and cross-platform measurement are what make this exciting. We can connect CTV exposure to real outcomes like site visits, leads, and purchases, and de-duplicate reach across platforms. That turns the biggest screen in the home into a channel we can actually hold accountable to results." - Devvkanth Musunuru, Senior Analytics Project Developer, New Path Digital Extending reach with Performance Multiplier. With one click, Paramount's Performance Multiplier extends a CTV buy to brand-safe sites across the open web including ABC News, Apple News, CBS News, CBS Sports, Fox Sports, NBC News, TIME, and more. In one example, a jewelry retailer that added it saw a 66% lower cost per site visit and over 5,000 incremental site visits on top of their CTV results. Premium reach, including live sports Beyond entertainment, the platform reaches 34M+ sports fans through CBS Sports, MaxPreps, 247Sports, the CBS Sports Golazo Network, live soccer, and curated sports content on Pluto TV - an always-on way to put brands next to some of the most-watched moments in streaming. Case study: reaching a third of a market with premium CTV. Here's the kind of result this partnership helps New Path Digital deliver. A regional home-services company in North Carolina's Triad came to New Path Digital to drive awareness for a high-priority recruitment push across an 11-county footprint of roughly 1.75 million people. New Path Digital built an all-CTV awareness campaign around a single :30 spot, with Paramount+ as a core part of the premium media mix. The Paramount+ flight alone delivered: * 502,844 impressions and 185,496 unique household reach, the second-largest reach of any platform in the campaign. * A $19.89 eCPM on a roughly $20 plan - efficient, premium-screen delivery. * $5,000 in added media value contributed by Paramount on top of the plan. * Largely incremental reach - cross-platform analysis showed Paramount+ added new households that other platforms weren't reaching. Just as important was the company it kept. The brand ran alongside premium, brand-safe programming like NCIS, Survivor, NFL on CBS, UEFA Champions League, and CBS Sports HQ - the kind of high-attention, lean-in environment that builds the familiarity and credibility an employer brand depends on. "What excites me most is what this means for our clients. Paramount Ads Manager gives us premium, brand-safe inventory we can stand up quickly and manage end to end - from creative to targeting to reporting. It fits right into the broader strategies we build, so CTV stops being a standalone experiment and becomes a measurable part of the plan." - Kelly Paul, Vice President, Marketing Operations, New Path Digital Why New Path Digital. New Path Digital is a data-driven digital media agency powering measurable growth for ambitious brands. CTV is a perfect fit for that mission: it pairs the storytelling impact of television with the targeting and accountability of digital. As a Paramount Ads Manager Agency Partner, its team brings hands-on platform expertise, access to exclusive partner resources and co-marketing, and the ability to fold CTV into a brand's broader media strategy - from creative through targeting, optimization, and reporting. For brands that want impact over volume, New Path Digital make premium streaming simple to launch and easy to measure. Ready to put your business in show business. Paramount changes 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' name after 42 years.

Paramount changes 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' name after 42 years. 0 2 minutes read Paramount is officially introducing a much younger version of the heroes in a half-shell with Teeny Mutant Ninja Turtles, a new preschool-focused animated series arriving this summer. According to Polygon, four 30-minute episodes of the 3D animated series will stream on the Nick Jr. YouTube channel beginning July 24. The outlet also shared first-look images and footage featuring Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael in "Teeny Turtle" form. You can watch the new teaser below: Produced by Nickelodeon Digital Studio, the series follows the Turtles during their earliest ninja-training days under Splinter. Because the show is aimed squarely at preschoolers, the brothers' signature weapons have been redesigned with softer, jelly-like appearances. The new series marks another major evolution for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, which continues expanding across film, television, publishing, gaming, and soon, even themed dining experiences. Despite shelving a number of anticipated projects last year, Paramount still has a large amount of TMNT content on the way. One of the biggest upcoming releases is Mutant Mayhem 2, the sequel to 2023's successful animated theatrical reboot. The original film helped re-establish the franchise as a box-office force and introduced a new generation to the Ninja Turtles. The follow-up is currently scheduled to hit theaters in 2027. At the same time, Paramount is also moving ahead with an untitled live-action reboot that will blend CG animation with live-action. Reports indicate the studio hopes the film can achieve the same level of commercial success as its Sonic the Hedgehog movies. Outside theaters and streaming, the franchise is continuing to expand in other ways as well. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splinter's Dojo, a middle-grade illustrated novel, is scheduled for release in September. Fans will also soon be able to experience TMNT outside the screen entirely through themed pizzerias opening in Santa Monica, Monterrey, Mexico, and São Paulo, Brazil. Although The Last Ronin movie adaptation is no longer moving forward, the darker storyline will continue through new comics, a novel adaptation, and a video game. Meanwhile, Paramount appears focused on ensuring TMNT remains one of its biggest family-friendly brands for years to come. Dan is a huge fan of Star Wars, Disney, Jurassic Park, Ghostbusters, TMNT and Harry Potter, and has written for numerous film-focused and Disney-related sites, including Epicstream, Theme Park Tourist and Homey Hawaii. He has also recently completed his first children's novel, which he hopes to get published within the next year.
