Requirements
  • 3 + years of experience as a QA/SDET.
  • Well versed with Agile/scrum terminology
  • Experience in writing test plan, test cases, test summary reports
  • Knowledge and understanding of test management tools like zephyr, ALM, x-ray
  • Postman and Soap UI experience testing and automating API's.
  • Good Understanding of test data preparation/mocking test data.
  • Understanding of frameworks related to automation based on application.
  • Good communication skills verbal/written, team player.
Responsibilities
  • Work Along with BA and QA to understand business requirements.
  • You create and execute test plans/cases based on requirements and design specifications.
  • Raising technical, security, delivery, and performance risks.
  • Be part of and help promote our DevOps culture.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the Test development practice.
  • Understand the existing processing architecture.
  • Improve and design frameworks related to automation with newer standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Jira and Scrum
  • can-do attitude with incident resolution/troubleshooting
  • Practical experience with the end-to-end Testing, Knowledge or hands-on with DevOps CI/CD pipeline including one or more of the following: Azure, AWS, Jenkins, Maven, GitLab.
  • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Good to have mainframe experience (Navigating and understanding green screen, lookup fields).
  • Knowledge of mainframe VSAM lookup and JCL jobs.
  • Java, Cucumber & Selenium.
