Responsibilities
- Closely monitor and answer inbound communications from our pre-approved drivers. They will be writing in through various communication platforms and you will be expected to respond in a timely manner with professionalism, accuracy, and a personable touch
- Approve documents such as car insurance and driver's license files for the pre-approved driver's profiles. You will be expected to work alongside a team and communicate effectively as you each complete the shift responsibilities together
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with team members, team leads, Veho staff & supervisors
- The goal of this position is to efficiently get pre-approved drivers through our onboarding process while providing the best quality of service and support. We value the quality of communication over quantity

- Approve documents such as car insurance and driver's license files for the post-approved driver's profiles
- You will be expected to work alongside a team and communicate effectively as you each complete the shift responsibilities together
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with team members, team leads, Veho staff & supervisors. Assist drivers with setting up their direct deposit and any other payment-related questions a driver may have
- The goal of this position is to efficiently get post-approved drivers to successfully take their first route and ensure they are set up to receive payments via direct deposit and answer any other questions a driver may have while not actively driving a route
