D&B Commercial Graph integrates with Perplexity to streamline enterprise risk and compliance workflows

Dun & Bradstreet has partnered with Perplexity to integrate the D&B Commercial Graph into Perplexity Computer via Model Context Protocol servers. The collaboration enables business users to access verified commercial context across risk, finance, compliance, procurement, and sales workflows. The integration addresses a critical gap in AI readiness. D&B's recent survey of 10,000 businesses across 32 countries found that whilst over three-quarters report measurable ROI from AI, only 6% say their enterprise data is fully ready to support AI at scale. The D&B Commercial Graph, verified by over 100 billion monthly data quality checks, covers more than 650 million global business entities. Early results show significant efficiency gains, including up to 20 times increase in review capacity and 70–96% reduction in processing time for KYC and KYB compliance workflows. The connectors are now available on the Perplexity marketplace.

D&B brings verified business data to Gemini Enterprise for AI-driven credit and risk workflows

Dun & Bradstreet has announced AI capabilities built on Gemini Enterprise to support credit and risk workflows for financial institutions. The collaboration uses Model Context Protocol server integrations to help build AI systems for customer onboarding, risk decisions, and lending processes. The company's D&B Commercial Graph provides business identity, relationships, and risk data across the global economy. A 2026 Dun & Bradstreet survey found only 8% of financial services organisations report their enterprise data is fully ready to support AI at scale. The integration aims to accelerate customer acquisition, credit assessment, compliance, and risk decisioning workflows. It also enables continuous monitoring beyond traditional Know Your Customer and Know Your Business programmes, whilst strengthening governance and explainability in AI-driven processes.

nCino and Dun & Bradstreet partner to cut $14.7K client onboarding costs for banks

nCino and Dun & Bradstreet have announced a strategic alliance to integrate D&B's Commercial Graph into nCino's Client Lifecycle Management solution. The integration provides financial institutions with verified business identity and risk data covering more than 650 million global entities, backed by 107 billion monthly data quality checks. A survey of 409 bankers found that six of nine core KYC/KYB steps still involve significant manual work, with 66% of banks asking customers to provide the same information multiple times. Banks spend an average of $14,700 onboarding each client. The partnership enables institutions to capture D&B data once and reuse it across the commercial relationship, from onboarding through loan origination to ongoing monitoring. The integration will launch later this year for EMEA-region institutions.

Dun & Bradstreet launches risk analytics plugin for Cursor with verified business data

Dun & Bradstreet has launched a Risk Analytics plugin for Cursor, integrating its D&B Commercial Graph into the AI developer platform. The plugin enables developers to build AI systems with verified business data for compliance, procurement, and other critical workflows. The integration provides access to business identity verification, continuous monitoring, and risk intelligence directly within Cursor's coding environment. Developers can leverage the D-U-N-S Number business identifier to automate KYC/KYB monitoring and create auditable compliance agents. According to D&B, the plugin can scale review capacity by up to 20 times whilst reducing unsupported outputs. The tool aims to address a common development challenge: wiring multiple data sources and building audit trails for trustworthy AI agents. The plugin is now available in the Cursor Marketplace. Dun & Bradstreet plans to release additional Commercial Graph plugins for finance and sales workflows in the coming weeks.

Dun & Bradstreet launches AI credit workflows on Databricks, avoiding $6M in bad debt

Dun & Bradstreet has launched agentic credit and portfolio management workflows through the Databricks Marketplace and OpenSharing. The solutions leverage D&B's Commercial Graph to help finance teams make faster credit decisions and better manage portfolio risk. In one anonymised portfolio example, the workflows improved bad capture rate from 30% to approximately 38%, avoiding more than $6 million in incremental bad debt. The workflows enable faster credit origination through single-prompt business verification, adaptive credit policy optimisation, and portfolio risk monitoring. The system uses the D-U-N-S Number identifier to provide business context for AI agents. "Finance leaders are under pressure to move faster, support growth and manage risk with greater precision," said Scott Spencer, general manager for finance and credit at Dun & Bradstreet. The workflows allow tasks that typically take analysts days or weeks to be completed in seconds.
