HR Operations Lead
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day hands-on guidance to our team of HR Generalists to execute end-to-end HR processes.
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases to ensure efficiency and data accuracy
- Manage benefits for our US and global locations
- Manage compliance reporting and audits – (EEO, DEI, 401k audits, etc.)
- Design and implement company policies, and liaise with our regulatory and legal team to ensure compliance
- Act as a consultant to managers and employees regarding policies and procedures
- Work closely with the Senior HR Manager to align on HR Ops priorities, initiatives and projects
- Address employees’ queries (e.g. on company policies, systems and benefits)
Requirements and skills
- 4-6 years proven work experience in HR Operations
- Good knowledge of labor law and regulations (US and EMEA)
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (Oracle is a plus)
- Experience overseeing/managing benefits administration and reporting
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- MSc in HR is a plus
The anticipated annualized salary range for this position in the US market is $75,000 and $90,000. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. If hired as a regular full-time employee, this position will include a variable compensation plan which could be a bonus or a commission. US benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans & reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
