Requirements
  • Master Electrician’s License (required)
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5–8 years in a supervisory role
  • Extensive knowledge of high/low voltage systems, generators, fire alarms, and emergency lighting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, including comfort with CMMS platforms (Maximo preferred) and Workday
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Associate’s Degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Lead: Supervise and support the electrical team, manage department budgets, assign work orders via CMMS (Maximo), and ensure timely payroll submission.
  • Oversee Critical Systems: Manage in-house and contracted maintenance of all electrical infrastructure including fire alarms, generators, transfer switches, high voltage systems, and emergency lighting.
  • Drive Preventive Strategy: Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs and coordinate scheduled shutdowns with minimal disruption.
  • Advise on Projects: Review specs and provide technical insights for capital projects and construction, collaborating with engineers and project managers.
  • Ensure Safety & Reliability: Maintain operational safety procedures and ensure electrical integrity of all systems under your care.
