Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a training and development leadership role.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs across various disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of ATMs and/or Smart Safes.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to meet the visual demands of the job.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient for keyboarding and computer use.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain focus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify current and future training requirements across participating United States departments.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a Learning Management System to streamline training delivery and track progress.
  • Develop and manage the training department budget.
  • Build and lead a high-performing training team, including hiring and developing team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of training materials, including instructor-led training modules, eLearning courses, and technical documentation.
  • Design and implement learning paths to support continuous employee growth and skill development.
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions for various products and services.
  • Manage external vendor relationships for training programs.
  • Develop and implement a system for measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Track and report key training metrics for leadership.
  • Ensure training programs comply with relevant human resources policies and regulations.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of the training department, including scheduling, logistics, and budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in education, Training & Development, or a related field.
  • Experience teaching high school or adult education.
  • Experience with video editing.
