Requirements
  • 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s; or 10 years with a Master’s Degree; or 8 years with a PhD; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification
  • Experience with creating test documentation such as test plans, procedures, and reports
  • Experience with integration and test principles and processes
  • Experience with systems engineering principles and processes
Responsibilities
  • Synthesize test requirements into verification requirements, test objectives, success criteria, and required resources for system level tests and demonstrations
  • Support the development of test requirements and detailed integration test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews (TRRs), test data and test reports
  • Execution of qualification and acceptance testing per those requirements, plans and procedures
  • Participate in internal and customer test planning working groups
  • Support program reviews and customer delivery (CDRL) development
  • Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment
  • Compile data and define changes required in test equipment, test procedures, or new test requirements
  • Collaborate with systems engineers, testing houses, development engineers and other stakeholders involved in the testing process
  • Review test plans, procedures, and reports; witness testing as the Cognizant Engineer
  • Participate in technical exchange meetings, interfacing with customers (internal/external) and contributing to a broad range of program deliverables
  • Review requirements, develop Test Plans and write Test Procedures
  • Execute tests, manage and prioritize problems/failures
  • Review and evaluate test results and provide summary reports
  • Work with cross functional, multi-discipline test teams
  • Identify configurations to support test and prototypes of developing systems
  • Perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data
  • Document test results and prepare test status documentation
  • Create Test Discrepancy Reports to document issues
  • Develop troubleshooting procedures and work-around documents

  • Experience with Verification Cross Reference Matrices
  • Experience in using a requirements management tool, such as DOORS
  • Experience with Model-Based Engineering Tools
  • Experience developing and executing integrated hardware and software testing
  • Experience with IBM JAZZ
