Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience with configuration and administration of 3-6 tools in a market segment (including but not limited to: Agile, ProdOps, DevOps, etc)
  • Experience working with software engineering and development teams. Knowledge on tool comparison and analysis
  • Previous Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Pre-sales technical solution development experience, a plus
  • Experience with AWS, Azure or cloud hosting
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning
  • Good work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken
  • Amenable to internal and external requests
  • Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a synergistic attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Responsibilities
  • Technical guidance and solution definition during the sales cycle, supporting a Cprime account executive
  • Identifying and distilling the business pains and objectives to AEs and Enterprise Architects to ensure Cprime and our clients are aligned on the problem statement and what the client stands to gain by engaging Cprime
  • Executing standard software demonstrations, creating and executing tailored software demonstrations
  • Advising on best practices configuration and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges across all market segments
  • Contributing to technical sales enablement including internal training, writing marketing materials, and giving presentations that showcase the latest and best of what Cprime is capable of delivering
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining, administering, and enhancing all Cprime Partners and Cprime Solutions
  • Helping with the documentation of existing products and future client value streams and workflows
  • Working with customers to identify needs for custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports
